WHAT WE DO?

Corns

Corns and calluses are hard, painful areas of skin that often develop on the feet in response to pressure or friction.

They are more common among people who wear ill-fitting shoes, have sweaty feet, and those who stand for long periods each day.

Warts

Warts are small growths that usually appear on the heels or other weight-bearing areas of your feet. This pressure may also cause plantar warts to grow inward beneath a hard, thick layer of skin (callus).

Foot Skin Finger Fungus

The fungi grow best in warm, moist places such as shoes, socks, swimming pools, locker rooms, and public showers. It happens more often in people who wear tight shoes, who don’t change their sweaty socks, and who use public baths and pools.

Nail Fungus

Nail fungus is a common condition that begins as a white or yellow spot under the tip of your fingernail or toenail. As the fungal infection goes deeper, nail fungus may cause your nail to discolor, thicken and crumble at the edge.

InGrown Nails

Ingrown toenails are a common condition in which the corner or side of a toenail grows into the soft flesh. The result is pain, redness, swelling and, sometimes, an infection. Ingrown toenails usually affect your big toe.

Flat Feet

A common and usually painless condition, flatfeet can occur when the arches don't develop during childhood. In other cases, flatfeet develop after an injury or from the simple wear-and-tear stresses of age.

Pain In Heels

If you overuse or injure your heel, you may experience heel pain. This can range from mild to disabling. It’s possible you’ll need to have a doctor or podiatrist diagnose the cause if simple home remedies don’t ease the pain.

Joint Pain

Joint pain causes are many, and treatments vary depending on the cause. For a lot of people, it's due to some kind of arthritis (joint inflammation). For others, such as those with fibromyalgia or an underactive thyroid, pain occurs with no underlying damage or inflammation.

Psoriasis

Psoriasis causes red, dry patches of skin known as plaques. These plaques are usually covered in silvery scales and can be itchy and sore. In more severe psoriasis, plaques may also crack open and bleed.

Foot Massage

Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain. It also gives you a chance to check out your feet so you can get a jump on treating blisters, bunions, corns, and toenail problems.

Pedicure

Pedicures are done for therapeutic, medical and cosmetic reasons. Your feet take on a lot throughout the hustle-and-bustle of daily life, whether that be walking on your daily commute, squeezing into ill-fitting shoes, or pushing it on your morning jogs.
